Efficient CNC production process and surface treatment

In modern manufacturing, CNC (computer numerical control) processing has become an indispensable technology. Today, we will introduce the CNC production process, surface treatment and the final packaging and delivery process in detail through the footage shot from the factory.

Preparation and setup

Raw material preparation: Select and prepare raw materials suitable for processing (such as aluminum ingots). We use high-purity aluminum ingots. Aluminum ingots are widely used in the manufacture of various precision parts due to their lightness, corrosion resistance and easy processing.

 

CNC programming and drawings

Product design: Use CAD (computer-aided design) software to create three-dimensional models and drawings of parts.

CNC processing

Entering the CNC processing link, the aluminum ingot will be fixed on the CNC machine tool and multi-axis linkage cutting will be performed through the precise control of the CNC program. Through CNC technology, high-precision and high-efficiency processing can be achieved to meet the manufacturing requirements of various complex shapes and fine details.

Surface treatment

Surface treatment is an important step to improve product performance and appearance. In this shoot, we show the treatment process of anodizing and pickling tanks. Anodizing can improve the wear resistance and corrosion resistance of aluminum products, while the pickling tank is used to remove impurities and oxides on the surface.
From here, you can see that the surface of the treated parts is smooth and the color is uniform.

Quality inspection

After processing, all parts will enter the quality inspection link. We use advanced testing equipment to conduct a comprehensive inspection of the size, tolerance, surface quality, etc. of the parts. Testing parameters such as surface roughness and dimensional deviation are key indicators to ensure that every product leaving the factory meets strict quality standards.

Packing and shipping

Finally, all the parts that have been tested and processed will be packed and shipped. We use professional packaging materials and methods to ensure that the products will not be damaged during transportation. Each batch of goods will be accompanied by a detailed packing list and quality certificate to provide customers with the most reliable service.
